It’s the last day to file your taxes. Here are some tips to make the next 14 hours leading up to midnight as stress-free as possible.
Tax Day 2011 has arrived a little later than usual this year. Today’s deadline was pushed back three days due to Emancipation Day, a Washington D.C. holiday, which landed on April 15 this year, the usual Tax Day.

This year the White House is providing a taxpayer receipt program on their website. People who choose to use the program can view how their annual tax bill was spent. More specific breakdowns can be given if people use the information off their tax returns.
To file a tax extension go to the IRS Website.
According to CNN Money, the IRS has already processed 96 million tax returns. This is a 2.8 percent increase since last year.
