Actress Lindsay Lohan will be going to court again after rejecting a plea deal today in her theft case.

Lohan is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store. She turned down a plea deal today that would have guaranteed her more jail time. Details of the deal were not disclosed to the media from court today and the judge pleaded with the attorneys to keep information confidential.

The actress has already been jailed twice and was sent to rehab two times during the past 10 months. Lohan could spend up to three years in state prison if she is convicted.
